Mediation Rates and Availability

- Available for mediations either in-person or via Zoom.

- Rate of $250 per hour (2-hour minimum); $250 administration fee.

- No charge for travel within a 50-mile radius of Raleigh ($150 per hour for any travel outside of that radius).

- Fees divided pro rata among separately represented parties, per Mediation Rules, absent some other agreement.
